NDIS: What is it?

Funding is dependent on an assessment made by support coordinators and may change or be reviewed if a participant’s circumstances, needs or conditions change to ensure that they can be fully supported.

How can I find out if I apply for the NDIS?

What is an NDIS plan?
An NDIS plan is a tailored plan created using a support coordinator’s assessment of a potential NDIS client. The plan covers details of all support components and funds that are required to fit an individual’s specific needs, concerns and goals.
How can I get ready for NDIS?
We suggest your first step should be to verify your eligibility and submit your application directly on the NDIS website.
Once approved, we advise contacting your Local Area Coordinator or Support coordinator to set up an assessment and plan to begin your NDIS journey.
