Top Disability Care Australia offers Specialised Substitute Residential Care (SSRC) — regulated overnight respite and residential support for children living with a disability. Our trained and screened team provides a home-like setting where children can thrive, build confidence and feel genuinely cared for.
Whether your family needs emergency overnight support, regular respite or longer-term care, we work alongside parents and carers to create individualised plans that put your child's safety and wellbeing first. Every placement is managed in full compliance with the NSW Office of the Children's Guardian.
